Is a Reseller Permit or Business License required to register/create an account?
- Yes, if you are a California resident, you must present a CA Seller's Permit to register with us.
For any other state, you must submit either your EIN, Tax ID, or business license.
For International customers: Canada residents must present their business license.
All other international customers must submit a minimum of 2 recent wholesale invoices from the US.
Do I need to register before placing an order?
Yes, you will need to create an account to place an order.
Do you have a store front?
- Unfortunately, at the moment we do not have a showroom. We work from our warehouse.
Could I pick up my order?
- Yes! You are more than welcome to pick up your order at our warehouse just please make sure to check out using the "Pick Up" shipping method.
Some of my merchandise arrived damaged, how do I proceed?
- If you receive any damaged or defective items, please send us an email to returns@anarchystreet.com with your order number, style number of damaged item, how many pieces are damaged & a picture where you could see the damaged merchandise. within 7 business days of receiving your package and we'll be able to assist you with how to proceed with this matter.
My order had some sold out items, will I be informed?
We will contact you for Sold Outs on two separate occasions.
- If there are an excess amount of sold outs, we will give you a call to see how you wish to proceed with the order.
- On the final check out window, there will be a warning box that states "Your order may not be complete! Would you like us to contact you before shipping your order?" If you select “Yes" we will contact you to let you know if your order had any sold-out items and the order will be placed on hold until you confirm the sold-out merchandise.
How would I go about ordering high quantities of an item?
