Is a seller's permit required to register/create an account?
> Yes! If you are a California resident, you must present a CA Seller's Permit in order to register with us!. For any other state, you must submit either your EIN, Tax ID or business license. For International customers: Canada residents must present their business license. All other international customers must submit a minimum of 2 recent wholesale invoices from the US.
Some of my items are damaged, what can I do?

My order had some sold out items, what does that mean for me?
> If you order has any sold outs, you will not be charged for them! We only charge for the items that will be shipped out to you. If there is an excess amount of sold outs, we will give you a call to see how we can proceed!

Can you deliver my order to a Freight Forwarder/Cargo location?
> Yes! As long as they're located in Downtown Los Angeles, we can deliver your order to them free of charge!
Can I pick up my order?
> Yes you can! Please leave a note on your order or give us a call to let us know you want to pick up your order. Please note that it'll take 3-4 hours to process an order for same day pick up!
Do you offer expedited shipping methods?

My order isn't what I expected, can I return my order?

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Why isn't my tracking number being updated/showing movement?
